Account deletion
Choose your Impossible Apps product and follow the verified steps below.
Before you delete
Account deletion may be permanent. Include the product name and your in-game #ID in your request so we can process it correctly.
TurnArena
Delete in the app

Open TurnArena and go to Profile.

Sign in to the account you want to delete.

In the online account area, choose Delete online account.

Type DELETE and confirm the final action.
Request deletion without the app
Your session must have been authenticated recently. If requested, sign in again before completing deletion.
Email contact@impossibleapps.com with the subject “TurnArena account deletion”, preferably from the email address linked to the account. Provide only the information needed to locate the account. Impossible Apps may request additional confirmation to prevent another person from deleting your account. Do not send a password, authentication code or token.
What is deleted
Deletion permanently removes the TurnArena account and linked sign-in identities; public profile, country and profile picture; private account-owned challenge data and synchronized records; follows, blocks, reports and social preferences; inbox, preferences and notification identifiers; and other online information directly associated with the account. Other participants may retain authorized match history with the deleted participant anonymized and unnecessary private information removed. Deletion cannot be undone.
Local data
Solo matches, favorites, statistics and the local profile may remain only on the device after online account deletion. To remove them, use Clear local data in Profile, clear TurnArena data in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Device or platform backups must be managed separately through the relevant provider.
Tower Crush Evolution, Spooky Wars & Quick Mind
Email contact@impossibleapps.com from the address linked to your account and include your in-game #ID. Your account will be deleted within 5 business days.
The Walking Hero & Auto Pixel Battle
You can delete your account from the in-game Settings menu. If you prefer, you can also email contact@impossibleapps.com from the address linked to your account and include your in-game #ID. Your account will be deleted within 5 business days.
Other products
For WatchThread or any other Impossible Apps product, email contact@impossibleapps.com with the product name and your in-game #ID. We’ll review your request and confirm the next steps.
BingoCue
BingoCue does not create user accounts or maintain a BingoCue account database, so there is no server-side BingoCue account to delete. BingoCue stores game records and preferences locally on the device.
To erase BingoCue game records, use Settings > Local data > Delete game history. Uninstalling BingoCue removes local app data subject to the device operating system and any device backups. Any device or platform backup must be managed through that device or platform. For privacy questions, email contact@impossibleapps.com and include BingoCue in the subject.
