Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 September 2026
Impossible Apps (we, us or our) publishes Tower Crush Evolution, Spooky Wars, The Walking Hero, Auto Pixel Battle, Quick Mind, WatchThread, BingoCue, Refund Detective and TurnArena (together, the Apps). This policy explains the data practices for those products. It applies alongside any in-app disclosure and the privacy controls offered by your device, Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Covered products and key differences
Tower Crush Evolution, Spooky Wars, The Walking Hero, Auto Pixel Battle and Quick Mind are online-enabled games. Their features may use account, gameplay, advertising, analytics, cloud or social services, depending on the product version, region, device and your choices.
TurnArena distinctions: TurnArena can be played without an online account. A local profile, favorites, statistics and solo matches remain on the device unless you sign in and an authorized synchronization feature applies. When you create an account or use online features, TurnArena may process your email address, linked sign-in providers and internal account identifiers; public name, handle, country and optional profile picture; casual challenge invitations, participants, progress and results; follows, blocks, reports and social preferences; notification preferences and a technical installation identifier; and revisions, timestamps, technical failures and minimum security and abuse-prevention records. Signing in may synchronize compatible completed local matches for authorized casual purposes, but does not automatically publish private history or answers.
TurnArena may use Supabase for online features, Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android notifications, Google Analytics for Firebase for optional usage measurement, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash and ANR diagnostics. Usage measurement can be disabled in Profile. Depending on the released version and configuration, TurnArena may also use Google Play Billing and Google UMP/AdMob for purchases, consent and advertising. Ads are not shown during gameplay or at match completion; eligible interstitial ads may appear only after explicitly leaving an active match. TurnArena does not collect precise location, access contact lists, provide open chat or sell personal information.
WatchThread and BingoCue distinctions: WatchThread is local-first and does not require a WatchThread account. Its viewing history, ratings, notes, imports, preferences and reminders remain on your device unless you deliberately export, share or send them to support. Its online catalog, advertising and optional purchase features use the providers described below. BingoCue is also local-first and requires no account. Game sessions, called-number history, settings and Premium entitlement status remain on the device. The free version may initialize Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform and may show limited interstitial ads only between completed games. Those services may process IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, crash and diagnostic information, consent choices, and advertising, app-set or device identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; BingoCue does not receive full payment-card data, and paid users are not shown ads. BingoCue has no developer backend, analytics SDK, account system, online play, contacts, camera, microphone, photo-library or precise-location access.
Refund Detective: local data and rewarded advertising
Refund Detective is a case-investigation game for Android and iOS. No game account is required. Case progress, evidence, rulings, campaign history, replay scores, preferences and rewarded-case unlocks are stored on your device. We do not operate a Refund Detective gameplay server or cloud-save service, and the game does not send those records to us. Device backups, if enabled, are controlled by your operating system and backup provider.
The first three standard cases have no ads. After that, free players can choose to complete a Google AdMob rewarded ad to permanently unlock the next pair of standard cases on their installation. The final unpaired standard case unlocks alone. Replaying unlocked cases does not require another ad. Free case entry requires an internet connection; an investigation already underway can continue if the connection is lost.
When you choose a rewarded ad, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) checks the applicable consent and privacy choices before the advertising SDK is initialized. The game requests non-personalized ads. Non-personalized does not mean no data processing: Google and its advertising service providers may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, advertising/app-set/device identifiers where available, ad views and interactions, app interactions, diagnostics and performance information, and consent choices to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The app does not request precise device location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo-library access and does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. It has no separate developer analytics service.
You can revisit available consent options using Settings > Ad privacy choices and use your device's advertising-identifier controls. Where consent is required, ad requests depend on the consent eligibility returned by UMP. An unavailable or unfinished ad does not unlock cases. You can decline the ad and return to the menu. Google's Privacy Policy and information about how Google uses information from apps describe its processing and retention: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Where Complete Edition purchases are offered, Google Play or the Apple App Store processes the transaction. The app uses purchase and entitlement information supplied by the store to enable or restore the purchased features; Impossible Apps does not receive your full payment-card details. The Complete Edition provides ad-free access, and its gameplay does not require advertising initialization. Purchase availability depends on the released app version and storefront; pre-release builds may not offer purchases.
Local game records remain on your device until removed. Clearing the app's storage or deleting the app can remove progress and rewarded unlocks; offloading an app or restoring a device backup may retain data according to the platform's behavior. Manage backup copies separately. There is no Refund Detective server account to delete, and we cannot retrieve or remotely erase your local game records. Store transaction and advertising records are retained by their respective providers under their policies. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond. For applicable access, correction, deletion or consent requests about information held by Impossible Apps, email contact@impossibleapps.com.
Information we collect
For the five games, the legacy product disclosures identify the following categories: player or account identifiers, player name and progress; gameplay, feature and diagnostic events; device model, operating system, language, IP address, app version and crash or performance logs; advertising identifiers; approximate geography or region; and in-app purchase status and product details. Optional social or account features may receive the identifiers and profile information made available by the connected service.
WatchThread stores your viewing history, ratings, notes, lists, imports, preferences and reminders locally on your device. Online catalog searches may send the search terms and limited technical request data to catalog providers. A purchase may send store-signed purchase proof and entitlement data for validation. WatchThread does not require an account and, in its current configuration, does not include an analytics SDK, crash-reporting SDK, remote-push registration, contacts access, camera access, microphone access, photo-library access or device-location permission.
How we use information
We use information to operate the Apps; deliver online, account, gameplay, social and cloud-save features where available; process and restore purchases; provide support; improve reliability and balance; measure performance; protect against fraud, cheating and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and, where enabled, show and measure advertising.
Advertising, analytics and service providers
For Tower Crush Evolution, Spooky Wars, The Walking Hero, Auto Pixel Battle and Quick Mind, the supplied legacy disclosures identify services that may be used according to the app version and configuration: Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, ironSource, Unity Ads and Vungle for advertising; Unity Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Remote Config for analytics and configuration; Facebook Login for optional social features; PlayFab and Microsoft Azure for game and backend services; and Google Play or the Apple App Store for distribution and purchases.
For WatchThread, online catalog and availability features may use Supabase, The Movie Database (TMDB) and TMDB-delivered availability information. The free version may show a labeled non-personalized Google AdMob banner after Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent or privacy-choice checks. Optional WatchThread Plus purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and may use IAPKit to validate store purchase proof. WatchThread does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission.
These providers may process relevant technical, identifier, usage, consent, advertising or transaction information under their own policies. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We share information only as needed to provide the relevant feature, meet legal obligations, protect users and services, or respond to valid legal requests.
Your choices
You can use the device and platform controls available to reset or limit advertising identifiers and manage consent choices. You may choose not to use optional social or account features, though related features may be unavailable. WatchThread users can use its Settings to manage advertising privacy choices, restore purchases and delete app-owned local data. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, subject to applicable law and verification.
Retention and deletion
We retain server-side information only for as long as necessary to provide the relevant service, resolve disputes, protect security, comply with legal obligations and maintain legitimate business records. You can request deletion of supported game-account data through the Account Deletion page on this website or by contacting support. WatchThread local data can be deleted in the app’s Settings; copies you previously exported, shared or stored in device backups must be managed at their destination. Providers such as app stores, advertising networks and catalog services retain information under their own policies.
Children
The Apps are not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If an App is made available to younger users in a jurisdiction, we will follow the applicable store and data-protection requirements. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in violation of law, contact us so we can investigate.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than your own where we or our providers operate, subject to safeguards required by applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when App features, providers, practices or legal requirements change. We will post the new version here and revise the effective date. For privacy questions or requests, contact Impossible Apps at contact@impossibleapps.com.
